Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful and gentle method to release stored trauma, stress, limiting beliefs, and past programming from your nervous system. If you are carrying any heavy emotions, are struggling with flashbacks from past events, are having trouble letting go of past lovers and friends, or are feeling unsatisfied/unfulfilled in different aspects of your life, this is a great way to do some deep and efficient healing. I’m here to hold space for you while you work through whatever is troubling you. It’s complementary to any part of your healing journey.
I recommend starting with a 90 minute session, and if you feel a shift, working with me on a weekly basis for 1-3 months.
